Service Description
This class, is less of a class and more of a club! It is ideal for young children who love drama, and for those who have never given it a go too! With an understanding that everyone has different needs, ActSmart aims to develop students who are SMART; Supported, motivated, Artistic, Resilient, and Team Players! All skills our young people need to thrive! It's the perfect space to play, build confidence, and create! Suitable for 4-12years. Using drama, performance, and collaboration, ActSmart supports young people to explore who they are and what they are capable of.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Process All bookings for classes, masterclasses, and private coaching sessions should be made through the booking section of the website. If you encounter any issues, please contact Steph at info@stephsmart.co.uk. When booking, select your preferred session type, dates, times, and note any specific requirements or objectives. Once your request has been submitted, you will receive confirmation of availability along with any additional details needed. Payment Payment is required to secure all bookings. Accepted payment methods will be provided upon confirmation. For group classes and masterclasses, full payment may be required upfront unless otherwise stated. For private coaching sessions, either a deposit or full payment may be requested depending on the duration and frequency of the sessions. Cancellation & Rescheduling Requests to cancel or reschedule a session must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Changes requested after this notice period may incur a cancellation fee. In the case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, Steph will make every effort to offer an alternative time or provide a refund at her discretion. Transfers & Changes Term bookings are not transferable to another term or participant unless agreed in advance with the organiser. Attendance Please arrive promptly for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to ensure other bookings can run on time. If you are unable to attend due to illness or unavoidable circumstances, please notify us as soon as possible to discuss alternatives. Missed sessions connected to booked terms cannot be refunded or carried over. Code of Conduct A respectful, positive learning environment is essential. Disruptive behaviour or breaches of our Golden Rules may result in removal from the session without refund. Participants are expected to come prepared, engage fully, and contribute positively to the group.
